T&C/Payment & Delivery


By purchasing from Eatmyjunks, we deem that you've read and understood our T&C.

Order terms:
- Fill up the order form for orders. 
(Please do not fill up the form for enquiries, do direct all enquiries to our email instead)
- A confirmation would be reverted back to your email within 36 hours.
- In any case whereby the order form is not working, you could send in your orders via our email.
- We will not tolerate backing out after the confirmation for your order is sent.
- Please do not transfer payments till you received the confirmation email.
- You could still send in orders for items on pending, to be on the waiting list.

Payment mode & Delivery:
Payment mode:
- All amount stated are in Singapore dollars (SGD) fixed.

We accept: 
- POSB/DBS atm transfer (Snapshot of receipt is required)
- POSB/DBS ibanking (Details needed would be provided in the email)
- Paypal (Additional 7% processing fees) 
- Courier (Additional $7.00 flat) 

Rules:
- No cancellation/backing out of orders after the confirmation email has been sent.
- No refunds would be made either.
- 50% deposit is needed should you need any time allowance for your desired item(s) for a week. Should you need a longer time frame, please let us know earlier.
- Payments are to be made within 24 hours upon receiving our invoices.
- Strictly no meet-ups (Inquiry for this would be ignored) 

Delivery details:
Normal postage: $0.50 - $1.50
Reg postage: $3.50 onwards (Depending on the weight of item)
**Mailing would take place within 3-4 days after payment is verified.**
Self-collection: F.O.C (*Scape Underground, Unit B25)

- We strongly encourage opting for reg postage or self-collection to ensure that you receive your items safely.
- We will not be liable for any lost parcels should you chose normal postage.
- All items are wrapped/sealed/inspected properly before mailing out.
- Items sold are non-refundable/non-exchangeable 

Exchange/ Refund policy:
- Items are inspected before mailing out.
- Should your item(s) be defected/ wrong item(s) sent, please notify us via email within 7 days. Provide us with a snapshot of the defects/ item(s) and we will do a proper check before reverting back. However, exchange would be on a case-to-case basis to protect our interests as well.
- Eatmyjunks will definitely do an exchange for any wrong items sent until we received the item(s) via postage within 3 days.
- Refunds are applicable when your item goes out-of-stock (oos).
- We are not liable for any lost parcels too.
